Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will include an ICS file: 
. This file will enable you to add the event to your Outlook calendar. Double click or right click on the .ics file to open it. At the pop-up window, "Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook?", choose Yes. In the Outlook meeting details window, edit the Start time and End time as necessary to reflect the dates which mark the beginning and end of the review.
