Applying Evidence: All About Custom Skills - Emergency Department and Mental Health & Addictions Case Studies Online

This event is part of the Lunch & Learn Series: Applying Evidence: Demystifying Nursing & Allied Health Procedures with Dynamic Health

Join us for this quick 30 minute session that will introduce you to the steps involved in creating custom skills in Dynamic Health. Learn about the drafting process, including templates and peer review processes. Current projects with Emergency Departments and Mental Health & Addictions will be highlighted.

At the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Understand when a Custom Skill is appropriate instead of a Workplace Note on an existing Skill.
  • Locate published Custom Skills from Nova Scotia Health in Dynamic Health.
  • Identify opportunities to suggest custom skills by identifying gaps in Dynamic Health coverage.

Online: You will receive an email prior to the event to join the session on MS Teams.
