Using Generative A.I.

Using Generative A.I. Online

Description:

Generative AI (also called Gen AI) is a term for AI that creates text, images, video, and audio to meet and/or respond to your prompts. Gen AI is growing increasingly popular, with some of the most well-known Gen AI tools being ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, and DALL-E.

This session will give a general overview of generative AI, including what to consider before, during, and after you use a Gen AI tool.

Learning objectives:

  • Discover how some popular Gen AI tools work
  • Learn best practices when it comes to using Gen AI
  • Understand ongoing issues and concerns (such as racial and gender bias) regarding Gen AI use

Recommended for: Nova Scotia Health staff who are using Gen AI or are considering using Gen AI in their future work

Please note: This session will not be covering other categories of AI
